All rates listed are base rates. All houseboats and watercraft reservations are subject to local, state and federal taxation.

We want to make sure your vacation is free from trouble. We recognize the enjoyment you have on your vacation is directly related to how well we train your to operate the yacht and its equipment. Therefore, as many crew members as possible should be involved in the training cruise. We know the better trained you are to operate the yacht, the more fun you will have. No training cruises will be given while one or more members of your crew are inebriated. Please park the yacht before drinking.

Reservation Policy

A confirmation deposit of 50% (cash or check) will be required in order to hold your reservation. Confirmation deposit will be applied against rental fees. Deposits will be refunded only if your reservation can be filled by another. A $50 handling fee will be charged on all refunds and any reschedules. Cancellation of reservations made less than 45 days of departure are non-refundable. To be paid at time of arrival $500 Cash Security-Damage/Cleaning/Gas Deposit will be required in additiona to rental fee. This cash deposit is refundable upon return of boat in like condition as received and refueled. All late returns will be charged $100.00/hr or any part of any hr. A houseboat is a piece of equipment of which occasional mechanical failures are unpredictable part of operation. We try to avoid mechanical problems with routine maintenance and are not responsible for loss of running time due to equipment failure, weather, illness, accidents or changes in plans. We will hold any reservation for 72 hrs upon receipt of your check we will call to confirm your reservation. Age requirements; 21 w/driver's license. The number that the boat sleeps is the total number of persons that may be on board at any time including children and daytime guests. If at any time you are in violation of any of the above rules you will be required to forfeit the boat and no refund including security deposit. Visa/MasterCard Accepted with a 3% upcharge.

Most of our customers like to take advantage of our early boarding program. With this program you are able to board the boat the evening before departure; for example, if you are departing Monday morning you can board the boat Sunday evening at 4:30 p.m. This gives you a chance to acclimate to the boat and eliminates the need to rent several hotel rooms.

Whenever possible, if time allows, and all maintenance needs are met, everyone taking advantage of the early boarding program will receive their training cruise upon arrival and will be released to spend the first night on the lake. When time and/or maintenance needs do not allow, early boarders will stay in the marina.

Boarding time for early boarding is 4:30 p.m. Early boarding can be purchased for $150.00 per boat. We not guarantee in any manner that the training cruise will be completed or that the boat will be released for cruising on the lake the evening of early boarding. Your overall enjoyment of your vacation is very important to us and we will not let a boat go out until it meets our standards. We almost always make it happen! All crews must have a minimum of 3 adults. An able bodied teenager may be substituted for an adult.

The customer is responsible for fuel costs.
